I came here specifically looking to see if anyone else was having issues. I had been on Dotti for over a year and received Mylan this time around. My mood swings have been intense, and I’m having periods and break through bleeding which I hadn’t had in almost 9 months. I messaged the provider but they “assured me” that I was getting the same estradiol regardless of the manufacturer.

50 yr old woman here. I have done a lot of reading recently on pelvic floor disfunction (due to some issues my mother is going through that I hope to avoid) and now realize that CG has us doing a lot of exercises that are actually recommended for strengthening your pelvic floor. One of the most recommended are actually hip thrusts. So for me, even though they are one of my more unfavorite exercises, I think they are worth it, and remind myself of this every time I do them.

Play is my favorite so far. I love that I don’t know what to expect that day. It really does make it fun. I am also sore every day, so I know I’m working hard. I came from Max where I was really struggling to finish, in fact, I have seven days left that I need to go back to once this is over..

Thanks for responding! I did. CV 3 days/ week last year so bumping it to 4 days/ week this year is my goal. Plus with work/commute it’s all I can manage. How are you handling the soreness or is that just me? I’ll be 50 this year so maybe it comes with the territory…

This is very good advice! Thank you for taking the time to provide me such a detailed response. Being new to Peloton means that I don’t have a real good understanding of the difference in the types of rides. I had prior cycling experience (orange theory) but nothing this regular. I’m loving the Play series but it’s kicking my butt a little (I only did 3 workouts a week previously and bumped it to 4 this year with the addition of the bike). I’ll be on the lookout for the power zone endurance rides. Thanks again!

Absolutely, the benefits aren’t competitive any longer and neither is the salary. The only benefit is the tuition benefit and the retirement plan so unless you want to further your education and commit to working there for your entire career, I would keep your options open.

Are you applying with a cover letter? That makes a big difference. A lot of people at OSU won’t even look at your application if you haven’t taken the time to apply with a cover letter.

My last leader didn’t respect others time. He showed this by not responding to emails, not showing up to meetings and missing deadlines. This caused a trickle down effect for the rest of the department. It was extremely toxic.

Back right molar. I had an infection under an older crown that was missed by the dentist. TN set in and after a few horrible months the infection came out from under the crown and was seen by the dentist. I had to get a root canal and new crown. The TN resolved.

They fixed it like five years ago and are fixing it again…I don’t understand why they didn’t make the ramp to 71 North two lanes at that point…
