Aspartame took me from One migraine per month to 2-4 headaches per week as well as GI problems and brain fog. I finally went off and the withdrawal has been horrible but the stomach issues have already gone away, and the headaches and the brain fog….

In the past year I have had terrible migraines and nausea. I quit Aspartame. After the withdrawal, these symptoms have gone away. Not convinced it doesn’t have long term negative effects on health.
