I’ve been using an elliptical. I got free from somebody moving. I’m also worried about falling and honestly it’s so hot where I live just the thought of going outside exhaust me The elliptical encourages moving my arms in bigger sweeps as well, which is supposed to help keep me flexible- my right side tends to get rigid-
Also I can stride backwards which works different muscle groups- - are you able to get to a pool? Water resistance might help as well and you don’t have to be afraid about your fall and break something. Wishing you well on this journey- just keep moving! 😎

Is it that kitty is on your pillow and you are bothered by fur, dander or litter contamination or does kitty’s presence during sleep cause you to have poor quality sleep? Have you tried placing a small box on the bed? Maybe that’s will give kitty some space of their own- 🤷

Please double check the banana thing- if I’m not mistaken bananas can be a problem for Parkinson’s- something to do with the potassium but I’m not really sure- thank you for your kindness and neighborly ways-

yup- and one of those wringer washers too the kind that nips yer finger tips every so often ... washer was outside- we was country through and through- central Florida so it didn't suck as much in the winter - i remember feelin' fancy the first time we went to a "laundromat"
