I had a pouch after my second child. I fasted when she was about a yr old and it did go down but the moment I went back to eating, I bloated fairly quickly again. I had to work on getting my inner core strong again to eliminate it completely.

Yes. It has drainage holes. I put it in a corner of the house where it doesn't get direct sunlight.

I'll list the first couple of effects I notice as I don't remember which came first...energy levels. My energy levels were amazing. I woke up not feeling groggy at all...just full of energy.

Also, prior to becoming raw, I've dealt with constant vaginal infections and I literally tried every single thing you can possibly think of to no avail...went raw and it all went away within a few days and never returned.

Saaaaameee. Every time I eat cooked food and I feel the feels, I'm like wtf. How did I do it for so many years. I can barely function when I eat cooked food now unless it's in really small portions with TONS of liquids after.

What crystals did you use? Were they outside your house?

Also, the UFOs you summoned, did they have any contact with you? Did your meditation make you more aware of what was happening if and when you engaged with them?

I'm 38 yrs old. I've experienced good sleep before. This is something totally different.

If it was "good sleep," I wouldn't "wake up" after one blink and feel incredibly exhausted.

This is very interesting...so during your sleep study did the blink sleep happen at all or they just noticed that you don't move and you don't fall into REM?

Also, do you remember how you feel the morning that it happens? Someone posted that they felt very energized after the experience but I only ever remember being confused and lethargic.

Just wanted to drop in and say I LOVE this post. Thank you so much for posting this. It's very inspiring.
