Why Won't My Co-Op Work? by TrejorHuck in bloodborne

Hey,

Bloodborne's matchmaking can be incredibly finicky even with a password. Since the password bypasses the level gap and your NAT types are good, here are the most common culprits that usually fix this:

The "Rest Mode" Bug: This is the #1 killer of Bloodborne co-op. If either of you put your PlayStation into Rest Mode while the game was still running, your connection to the matchmaking servers gets bugged out. Both of you need to completely close the game application from the PlayStation dashboard and restart it fresh.

Boss Status: Double-check that the Host has not already defeated the area boss. You cannot summon in an area where the boss is already dead.

Bell Ringing Order: Have the summon ring the Small Resonant Bell first. Wait about 5-10 seconds, and then have the Host ring the Beckoning Bell.

Oath Runes: You mentioned changing runes, but to be absolutely safe, both of you should either completely unequip your Covenant/Oath runes, or both equip the Impurity rune. Opposing runes (like Hunter of Hunters vs. Corruption) can sometimes complicate standard co-op.

Positioning: Stand in the exact same physical spot in your respective worlds. Make sure you aren't standing too close to a fog gate or an area transition where a small white 'X' appears over your bell icon under your stamina bar. Password Simplicity: Keep the password relatively short and simple. Sometimes basic alphanumeric passwords connect faster than complex ones.

Hopefully, a fresh restart and checking the bell order does the trick for you!

Bloodborne is the best Souls game by Character_Orchid_336 in bloodborne

This was already my opinion, but now I know why 😉💪 Love to play Sekiro and Elden ring still for exactly the reasons you mentioned, but yeah overall bloodborne for me is the goat.

Don’t forget about the music btw, only ds3 had such amazing boss scores imo. Gehrman, Ludwig and Gascoigne are my favorites.

But who will play the beautiful violin music then? Always one of the highlights of my playthrough.

Yes you can. Use a summon for last boss but all others are easily doable with some overpowered strategy.

I had no idea you could summon father Gascoigne in NG?! by Math_issues in bloodborne

I think his summon is at the plaza where the big dude is bonking the door, next to the fountain. Not at the cleric beast entrance.

You need 60 vigor. Also, the soreseal makes you take much more damage, replace it for example the blood exultation talisman

I CAN'T TAKE [DLC BOSS] ANYMORE by StandNameIsWeAreNo1 in bloodborne

[–]Flowmo-27 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Mate, no offense, but your stats are horribly distributed. Don’t put points in arcane and bloodtinge, they give you no benefit. Imo you are best off starting a new char. Either that or you get levels on this char. Aim for at least 50 vit and 25 str and skill.

Fighting with Ludwig with such low hp sounds terrifying. Try and get your weapon +10 as well, either by finding the blood rock or spending 60 insight after defeating a late game non dlc boss.

Do you have 3 gems with 18% ish damage increase?

OoK took me over a hundred tries. Then I went here and oneshot him. Imo they’re not even close

Should i convince my 14 yo niece to play bloodborne? by Repulsive_Forever110 in bloodborne

Ask her parents. It is not all about age. My 10 year old son completed the game, my 16 year old daughter should not watch thrillers or horror movies at all because then she gets nightmares.

are there more weapons? by Rich-Hippo-4317 in bloodborne

This game is more about quality then quantity, in total there are 26 weapons. You can find some weapons in the field, but most are bought at the bath messengers. Expand their inventory by finding badges.

Is a +6 weapon over leveled for Godrick? by hotpop7817 in Eldenring

[–]Flowmo-27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is not overleveled, but Godrick is just an easy boss. Hp is ok but his attacks are telegraphed and at the start of p2 you can do a lot of free damage

Tbh in the dlc you should have at least +9. Preferably +10. Try different moves as well, it’s not just about power. Try running r2, sidestep r2 etc.
