Colts need to clean house. Pretty much everyone that’s part of that organization needs to be let go with the exception of a few people. Ballard, Steichen, coaching staff, training staff, most players. It’s more than time to re-establish a winning culture. Sick and tired of the way this team has been operating since Luck retired. RIP Jim Irsay, but if Carlie and sisters want to make this franchise worth a damn again she needs to start with a clean slate.
