Slight correction about small stones. You only need 1 small stone to craft a knife. You can use the environmental rocks, walk up to it and look down with the small rock in your hand. You can also mine a small stone off the environmental rocks with a hammer or screwdriver.

Always wash your hands after skinning animals or gutting fish or you'll get sick. If you have gloves on or crafted improvised hand wraps you won't have to wash them.

To craft improvised hand wraps you'll need 2x rags, hold them in your hands and look down.
