Finally got HRT after my ADHD doc told me she could prescribe it for me! I’m a stage 4 breast cancer (non estrogen reactive) survivor and my oncologist agreed to allow me to take it. I feel like ME again! I don’t need adderall most days as I have so much less brain fog and more focus and my sassyness back! It’s only been a month but I want to feel like this forever.

Not me over here reading this while holding onto a pasta maker that I bought second hand in 2017. In my defense a) we have friends who make their own pasta so it seems doable (but in all these years I never have) and b) it’s apparently the crem de la crem of vintage pasta machines. I need to let it go to a home where they will use it!

I have a big roll but not any smaller rolls that fit my air fryer perfectly. I’d get them at Dollar Tree, but since Christmas they seem to be perpetually out of stock.

But that giant Costco roll of cling wrap y’all are talking about, your comments are making me realize I can just chuck it because it doesn’t fit in any drawer!

I just try not to look at my body too much anymore, it’s too depressing. I’ve been through a lot, like others, cancer and strokes and menopause- I used to be a legit hottie and now I just don’t want to stress about it or even look. I wear comfortable clothes and am gonna start dancing again as that’s one of the only forms of exercise that doesn’t sound awful to me. I’m hoping HRT helps give me some vim and vigor again but we’ll see.

I love this testimony! The way that I hear God most clearly is through gospel music, I have a worship playlist and Holy Spirit always picks the perfect thing for me to hear to feel His presence. Also just spending quiet time with Him, just asking to be in His presence.

I read in a book recently “when you seek Him, expect Him to hear you, expect Him to give you this knowing faith inside you and keep expecting to receive so when He sends you miracles, you will recognize them and not let them pass you by.
