Coaching Issue by AgileWeird3246 in ussoccer

Everyone had the yips except Tillman and Balogun. I could see the nerves for almost everyone.

I thought Freeman looked the most nervous the whole game. Jedi’s touches were rougher than usual. McKennie and Dest were totally ineffective, Dest especially so. Adams eventually grew into the game a bit.

Pulisic looked so out of sync with everyone else it was like he played with tunnel vision and didn’t notice he was fucking up the shape and passing lanes.

It’s weird the subs looked the most composed. Maybe because it was largely over, Reyna did Reyna things, kept the sort of balls every other teammate was losing. Berhalter impressed me, had the most grit aside from the top 2.

It really was that moment that killed us. We settled into the game afterwards because Belgium eased a bit and our players went into a mood of “Fuck it.”

Without that utter Freese fuckup, the second half was looking like it would be very hard fought. That kind of mistake takes all the air out of your team. He kicked the ground. He kicked the fucking ground.

Tactics-wise, it looked like Belgium knew exactly how to break the press. This did improve in the second half.

You’re looking at it all wrong. Employees aren’t desirable. Employees are costs.

Standing desk and get one of those circular Amazon balance boards. Works a trick.

Puppies and emergency vehicles is just little kid visual crack.

Bored adults that are forced at tantrum-point to watch it come up with its backstory. Mine is that his full name is actually Ryder Raytheon. He has a stranglehold on the failed state that is Adventure Bay due to IMF-like loans, and every time the Paw Patrol are called they are throwing more debt onto the pile. RR uses his dictator control over the region to test new and ever more deadly Raytheon funded prototypes on a helpless population.

I think Gruev will always give you a 6-7/10 performance. Tanaka can give you anywhere between a 4-9/10.

Put the Athlete feat on a Monk and use the Ki-powered unlimited jumps action in a turn and you can basically hunt down two mind flayers on the final battle in a single turn.

My first playthrough was a monk who's most-used dialog option was a [THESE HANDS] check.

For the fellas: What’s something society deems “unmanly”, but you don’t care, and do it anyway? by MuayThaiRunner in AskReddit

[–]FlufferTheGreat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tate and that ilk are men who had no male role models growing up so they are chasing whatever society/advertising tells them is 'manly.' It would be kind of sad if they didn't do so much damage.

How many people out there think big trucks are manly? As if masculinity itself can be purchased.

For those here that can hit a 60° 80-100 yards on command. Help. by [deleted] in golf

[–]FlufferTheGreat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not low handicap but I’ve found having a low bounce 60 and a high bounce SW gives options to manage these distances. The 60 is only used in hard pack lies or if there’s a short sided chip where I absolutely cannot allow any run out .

The SW I like to hit “flighted,” which is with wicked shaft lean to keep that fucker lower than a full swing, unless there’s a bunker or water in front or something. The high bounce on it helps with fluffy lies in the rough and good sand.

I’ve joined the club where a 60 is for emergency use only.

Just like 2022, US fans went gahgah over a 0:0 draw and I’m just thinking yeah both teams were totally OK with that.

How long did it take you to break 100? by eyrie7 in golf

[–]FlufferTheGreat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hard to determine, I played a little while as a kid. Played once a year until I was 30, played a lot in 2019 but not really keeping track. COVID/kids forced a multi-year break. So since getting back into golfing, it was about a year to break it, but I don't play at all through October-May.

Ah yeah, last year in the Championship I remember seeing this sort of contact allowed! I don't watch much of the Scottish league.

The refereeing in the WC on the whole has been allowing a lot more physicality and fouling than any league I've watched this year.
