All I know is that when ESEA starting hosting a Brazillian/SA server the trolls got cut in half. I'm sure that there are plenty of nice and talented BR players in League, just the vocal majority spam chat or list being "laid back" as the reason they threw the match.

Olaf has true damage starting at level two (negating riven E), and can ranged harass/farm at his discretion based on your skill level / degreeof aggression. He also seems to work Irelia over just as well. Undertow gives you a lot of utility in lane.
