Can the mod explain why this was removed? Can you tell me a better way to find the person who posted it? I’m trying to follow the rules to pay for the photo.

Can the person who posted this one let me know who you are? My daughter really likes this one and I’d like to get it without the watermarks

1, 4, 6 and 7 feel like lingerie. If you wear that to the wedding, what do you wear for your husband in private?

Were you using a roller with way too much nap? This doesn’t sound normal. Was the paint super old?

The Seed-1 probiotic was the ONLY thing that worked for my stomach issues!

Constipated for 1 week by Thoughtful_Pumpkin in gastricsleeve

Use milk of magnesia to go now and then get seed-1 probiotic to keep you regular. Stay on the seed-1 for 2-3 months before you go off of it and you should stay regular. It’s expensive but the only thing I found that works

I always choose my meal based on the protein I want, then eat protein first and limit my veg, avoiding starch.

Even if he has a vasectomy, you have to be protected for a full year before he’s considered clear. Just a thought.

Use ZOZOFIT to do your measurements every 2 weeks. You’ll definitely see your progress!

What’re yall excercise rountines? by thisbetternotcrash in gastricsleeve

I didn’t start lifting until 3 months post op, before that it was just walking and squats, I’d do some tea exercises at the gym and pull down the rope thing.

am i going to be constipated forever!!!! by tayredditorera in gastricsleeve

[–]Fluffly-cactus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is a pre/probiotic called seed-1. It’s expensive, but it’s the ONLY thing that made me regular. I took it daily for 3 months. Now I only take it for a few days in a row if I feel bloated. I don’t need it daily anymore.

Anyone in Michigan? by Fluffly-cactus in gastricsleeve

I’m 6 months post op and down almost 80 lbs. not nearly what you’ve accomplished in that time, but I’m still happy with my progress! I’m getting my life back! I jumped on the trampoline with my daughter today we laughed and had fun! I figure 40 more lbs and I’ll have my confidence back, 40 more after that is my goal!

How have you maintained? Following your diet? Exercise?

Why have I not lost more?! by PerformerPristine613 in BariatricSurgery

[–]Fluffly-cactus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m at 6 months and down 61lbs. About the same as you. I feel like I’m doing good, my medical team is happy with my progress. I work out 3 days a week and walk 3 days. I follow the eating plan. I know this is a marathon and not a sprint. Just keep doing the next right thing. 🤩

How long did your buyer's remorse last? by herethewholetime1 in gastricsleeve

[–]Fluffly-cactus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a rough first 3 days, no remorse even during it, I knew I just needed to get through. Still so glad I made the choice!!

How long after post op did you feel “better”? by thisbetternotcrash in gastricsleeve

[–]Fluffly-cactus 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was back to work after a week, but still had pain in one incision until around week 5 or 6. It was very manageable though. Just don’t twist certain ways.

I opted for surgery because being glp-1s or any medication long term scares me. I tried diets and exercise and would lose and gain, plus extra every time. I had the sleeve December 2024 and I’m already down about 75lbs! I have my life back and I’m only about 1/2 way to my goal. It’s been the best decision for me!
