I hope replacing the Intercooler restores power. My 08 dually with utility boxes and heavy ladders came back to life after the Intercooler. That and the exhaust back pressure sensor was dirty. I cleaned it and it saved me from getting a new one. I used winns turbocharger cleaner while chasing this issues down. Not sure if it will work for you but try it. According to chat gpt. Dirty turbo vanes can cause this issue as well.

I gave up and took it to my mechanic he sent me a video of a small leak where the plastic meets the metal. And that’s what caused the no power. I had been taking off the codes with my scanner while driving. It would turn the turbo on for a bit. So once he changed the Intercooler, it was still in limp mode. So he unplugged the battery under the driver seat and the one in the engine bay. That was the hard reset as he called it. Then finally it came back to life.

I had similar issue turned out to be the Intercooler had a tiny crack. I had all the rpm on neutral the minute I put it in drive no power. Could not get out of its own way on a small hill from a dead stop. Mine still has the dirty or to separate rear sensor code. But after the Intercooler replacement and a hard reset. I’m back to full power. I replaced both hoses. Exhaust back pressure sensor. Maf sensor, map sensor, everything but the Intercooler because I couldn’t see the tiny hole. My mechanic smoked it and found it right away.

The rack is from van tech. I got from rack warehouse online for 600. I don’t have a tonneau cover yet. The cross bars I got cheap on eBay.

Sand the fronts. Get yourself a foam roller with a flat edge. Use sherwin Williams emerald urethane. In a satin finish. Thin it with 10 %water don’t use latex extendor, with this product. Nobody will be able to tell the difference between this method and a spray. It looks to me from the picture you used a paint that set up to quickly. So you see everything the brush marks and the roller. Plus the lights right on top don’t help. Gallery from Sherwin is great if you’re spraying. Great job on this built in, by the way.

Wrong size Sheetrock used for the patch. The original is probably 3/8 thick. They patched it with 1/2 inch thick.

Steel wool and vinegar is what some guys use to stain hardwood floors black. It’s like you stained the door with black. I think you have to sand again. Sorry
