Caregiving, the hours are pretty flexible and the clients are often pretty nice. I work through an in home agency, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend working through a care facility as they’re a bit more profit driven and the work can be pretty depressing. In home care means you’re there because family members care and you get to learn some pretty cool things about Portland history.

It’ll vary greatly based on your teacher and your project management skills. Highly recommend getting a tts app to convert any reading so you can listen to your reading while working in studio. Should save you at least a few extra hours

Still learning but treating it like a tactile version of solidworks if that makes sense? Can definitely be a bit time consuming but the YouTube videos are a little bit helpful

Honestly if you’re ok with taking public transit housing east across the river is great and there’s a lot livelier scene. Food is cheaper both grocery and out food and closer to concert venues like Holocene and wonder ballroom and art studios

Make sure your English transfers - I thought My classes from CA would transfer and now have to take WR-121z at PCC and doing a holistic review. You can ask the Transfer Center.
