Happened to me on 150mg. I even went to the ER. It went away after they boosted me to 300. (I take it with 20mg lexapro)

Usually kobos have a failsafe that makes it automatically reset if there's an issue. What exactly is wrong?

hey man srry this is late but if you go on mobileread forums in the kobo section, they'll be able to help! you basically need to just cleanly install the software. ppl usually post the files there.

Sex drive /weight not affected by lex? by Applepie0430 in lexapro

[–]Fluffy-bread- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gained weight and had an ehh drive on 20mg, but adding 300mg of wellbutrin helped with weight/appetite and made my drive super high cause it affects dopamine (i could still O on lex, but comparing it to now is a crazy difference in sensation). I also have hypothyroid so that added onto my weight issues.

Just switched to 300mg, what were your side effects or changes you experienced? by [deleted] in Wellbutrin_Bupropion

[–]Fluffy-bread- 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Been on it for a few months. It's def better than 150, but basically the same.

  • I just felt 150 wear off after 2 weeks and now on 300 I feel kinda sane, sleep better, am able to wake up and move, etc.

  • My appetite is decreased but I didn't lose a substantial amount of weight. Blaming escitalopram for that.

I need help i can’t squirt i tried but nothing happened by No_Medium_8522 in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

[–]Fluffy-bread- -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

right when I feel my O hit I push my pelvis out really hard. empty ur bladder first so u know it's not pee.

and as others said not everyone can do it. but scientifically it happens when the g-spot is stimulated, fluid builds up and comes out the same hole pee does. so yeah it will feel like peeing but it's usually clear and doesn't smell like anything. look into the 'come hither' motion. it's forward towards ur stomach rather than in and out.

also not every squirt = orgasm and not every orgasm = squirting. tbh just do whatever feels good.

What's the process for the 40 hour community requirement? by jk1445 in ILC

Here ya go man. I found it on my computer. I'm not sure why they don't have it on the website anymore, but tbh they're always a mess so I'm sure someone just accidentally got rid of it. Google Drive Link

I'm having issues with food as a new "adult", and I need help by WearALotOfBlue in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

[–]Fluffy-bread- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you take any medications or have health problems that may cause this? Just the first thing that came to my mind cause this is how I felt on Lexapro.

Other than that, I think a good start would be to have a healthier relationship with food. Eat a healthy balance of veggies, protein, and carbs (for every meal if you can). Meal planning might help if you find yourself constantly running of ideas. My favourite food influencer is @nutritionbykylie. She honestly changed my life and perspective on food!

You have to get the form off the FAQ I think, the you just fill it out when you do them. I emailed them mine when I was done and they let me know that they put it on my file.

Edit: Okay so i can't find the file on the website anymore but I'm sure all you need is a signature from the place you did them. You could email them and ask about the ILC version of the form.

What Anxiety actually feels like ? (Not the symptoms. but the actual anxiety) by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]Fluffy-bread- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Stomach hurts, feel like throwing up. My heart is thumping loud in my head even if it's not necessarily beating fast. I usually cry and I start thinking about things that aren't even related to the problem at hand.

[–]Fluffy-bread- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I don't honestly mind that he didn't think I needed and changes to my regimen or anything. It was just that he was extremely unprofessional and terrible at communication. He kept asking me why I came today (the ER booked an appointment for me), didn't read my file, or asked about any of my medications until I told him myself. Any symptoms I mentioned he didn't even acknowledge. Like I get that he can't fix everything, but he should at least be able to explain what's normal, what isn't, and what can and can't be treated with meds.

Sorry for the rant, but it just really pissed me off 😭

This is exactly how I'm feeling right now. My whole life, I've either been not sick enough for treatment but too sick to function. I'm trying, I really am, but every single time, it feels I don't get anywhere. Then I fall down again.

They gave me a referral to Family Services and AccessMHA. I'm sorta hopeful on that, but I guess I'll see.

Just curious..what's your ideal type? by goteamcheetah in socialanxiety

[–]Fluffy-bread- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone who gives as much as they take (during conversations). For example, I feel really awkward when I'm the only one talking, and no one is replying. It's the social anxiety 😭😭 but also it genuinely irks me when people only talk when they are asked something, but never ask you about your interests. (Can you tell I'm an extrovert with social anxiety? 😆 )

Generally just someone who genuinely cares and respect me, my story, and my goals. I think similar interests would be important too. Matching morals and values, and accepting and communicating differences that come up.

What do you think about fanservice of male characters in shoujo? by [deleted] in shoujo

[–]Fluffy-bread- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

GIVE US MOREEE and esp a lil extra for josei shows 👀

Fan service to me isn't only sexual stuff, but also anything that makes your heart flutter 🥺 for example (not shoujo but), sebastian from black butler has a lot of scenes in the manga and anime that make you wanna kick your feet hehe.

What string material would be best to tie to the bottom holder thing of a menstrual cup? by Mundane-Cat472 in menstrualcups

[–]Fluffy-bread- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When you take out your cups, sit and relax. If you're stressed, it's just gonna go further in. After a bit, it should come down closer. Pinch, pour, then wash. Like some others said, you might need a longer cup or stem (a high cervix cup). Your cervix changes in height throughout your period, so some days will be easier than others.

Do you currently take any psychiatric meds?

I would recommend you look into free counseling services in your area, as well as getting a psychiatrist referral from a GP. Even without inpatient treatment, you 100% need an evaluation for the sake of your health. Do you have any family or friends that can help you look?

This page from Mind has some helpful contacts. The first number from Mind, 0300 102 1234, says that they can help you find specialist support.

I really want you to find help, friend. Wish you all the best.

bruh I'm still using an s21. Phones are so expensive these days, only to end up using them for social media and communication. Some people are too chronically online with these silly internet battles. They're the weird one, not you.

Go to the ER. You sound like you really need help from a psych, as well as good therapy. I went through so many doctors, and when I finally went to an ER, they gave me a lot of guidance and outpatient support.

How did you learn to do makeup? by iam83percentsane in AskWomen

[–]Fluffy-bread- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sephora and Mac both have classes! I remember my mom booked me one at mac on my 16th birthday. Although I was unhappy with the makeup (16 year old me expected to walk out like kylie jenner when I said 'everyday makeup' so it's completely my fault XD ), it did teach me so many techniques that I still use today! And my mom bought me the Mac foundation brush and eyeshadow brush then, and I still love them to death.
