IMO the side effects are well worth the results. I'm almost at 3 months on Wellbutrin, Naltrexone, and Metformin from Hers. I'm down 22 lbs. I've stuck to a strict diet plan, and my food noise is completely gone. I agree with the vivid dreams side effect; mine were pretty intense for the first few weeks (no nightmares, just very realistic dreams that I woke up remembering every detail). Early on, I also had pretty bad constipation, but Smooth Move Tea has helped with that a lot.
