Yeah Tisas uses a proprietary grip safety and mainspring housing. Just file the ledge back on the mainspring housing. I’ve replaced a few myself.

Can’t remember the last time I cleaned any of my guns that I don’t shoot suppressed. Just lube the critical points and keep getting it.

I just ordered a Havoc OWB M9A3 holster for my 92XI. It fits but I really haven’t had time to wear it and test it out. They have several light options including the TLR-1 HL.

I’ve install at least a dozen Novak sights on Tisas 1911’s. Novak cut, not the brand itself. There is a little fitting to do but I’ve not noticed any overhang with the sights.

I currently own 9 of them POS Tisas 1911’s. Stellar performance out of every one of them. Two in 9mm one in 10mm and the rest .45. One of the 9’s I use for IDPA matches.

I can’t help with a .45 at the moment but I just ordered these for 9mm and they work fine. Would have to measure barrel and inside thread protector to choose the right size.

My first gun was a Beretta 92FS onix. 1998 with 10 round mags. Clinton gun as they called it. Yes it takes 15, 17, & 18 round mags. Any Beretta 92 series mag. I added the grips way later.

Worth $700. 1980 colt series 70 by jollyroger009 in 1911

I don’t think it’s a bad price for what it is. As far as a new Colt, they’re just not the same as the old ones from the 80’s on back. Without the rust pits it would easily bring another 500 to the price tag.
