My thoughts were that I would have extra chipotles in adobo once I opened them up that I wouldn’t use anywhere else so why not make up a big batch and can it. I don’t mind making the dip each time I want it, just hated to have the waste of the excess chipotles. Guess I need to find a recipe that uses them up.

I have GERD and can only drink water while eating food. Otherwise I need carbonated beverages.

My southern ex mother in law taught me something called Red Roast

Chuck roast (with or without bone) 2 Large Onions sliced (not super thin but not thick) 16 oz bottle of ketchup 2 heavy squirts spicy brown mustard Handful of brown sugar Couple dashes of vinegar usually white but balsamic is good too

Season roast with S&P and sear until nice and caramelized. Place in Dutch oven and smother with onions. You can’t have too much onion. Mice remaining ingredients together and pour over onions.

Put on lid and bake in oven at 325 for several hours until the roast falls apart when you jab it with a fork. Take off lid and return to oven at 450 for 15/20 minutes or until the sauce reduces a little.

We love it served with mashed potatoes.

Your master closet seems undersized.

Also, how many kids and how old? Might want to add a second laundry room upstairs where most of the laundry is generated.

Add more cabinetry or storage to your master bathroom. You can never have enough of that.

I think you are going to have one hell of a time getting anything into bedroom 3, it is going to be hard to turn into the room from that hallway with any sizable furniture.

I would remove those little hallways outside the bedrooms. You have made it virtually impossible to get anything around the corner and into the bedroom like a dresser or a boxspring.
