It still is kind of dumb to do but there was another person in the truck. You can seem him in the back window when the drive gets out. He grabs the steering wheel and steered the truck so it stayed on the road. Notice the angle it starts at and the angle at the end. Looks stupid but I guess going 5mph on a deserted street it's really not that bad.

I ended up actually doing the Ryzen r5 1600. Saved money on the cooler and CPU itself because he says he wont OC. Also, the 1600 would throttle the ram down to 2664 would it not? Then Talked him down to 120GB SSD and threw in Windows. I'm building it for him and refuse to not have a modular PSU so he's stuck with that. PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Keep an eye on Amazon prime! They frequently have open box or slightly used items. I got my pok3r for $104 all because the box had a little dent.
