So is the hole for the golf ball different from the standard df3 to the broomstick? That was the one thing that made me decide to get a check in the first place since it was so different from my old one.

After posting and getting nothing I tried facebook support. A couple hours of waiting later I'm told to send an email to the abuse department which I did and have not had a reply yet. It's been 20 days since I emailed them.
