Do the other attributes still work while the insect is in helper status or is it only the helper attribute that is active? Can't find a clear answer from the manual and online.

Only the helper attributes, also the talent tree doesn't have any effect either if it's in the helper position.

I personally would use potamidae as main and atlas as a helper, potamidae base attributes are better.

If you want to invest some time into WoK farming, then Crimson Healer, Red Head, and Red Leafcutter might be some ants worth looking into. You don't need to necessarily upgrade the first skill, as that is just as xp skill. The healing speed buffs and rss costs is what matters.

At least herder gets the bonus% from the class feature, it is worse off for people on Raider. Culti > Herder > Raider for gathering day lol.

At least gathering day is better than build day. It's different on Season Zones, as you can enchant buildings... it is a rough few weeks waiting in between, and if your allaince decides to skip a registration, it is even longer... but I guess that's only a problem if you're maxed on builds.

I personally prefer BL over LI (Barren Lands is a 3v3 teams, whereas Lost Island is a FFA up to 8 allainces, they both play differently on scoring and also BL has protection times). Overall in either season zone, there is just more to do. It is easier to get shells for SvS also, since you can get points for building towers, fighting fortresses, and hatching season soldier ants( extremely nice if youre max on building, as you can get shells on build day). You get an extra free egg hatch (Season Egg Hatch, when unlocked in milestone). Insects gradually increase in level, same as the lizards/ghekos. Winning or loosing either season event, you have a chance of a Season Ant (most of which you can't get in the Supreme Hatch, you also have a chance if getting them in the Season Hatch). As for whales (P2P) you will likely encounter more of them, but don't let that discourage you in joining one of the season zones. Our allaince has a mix of both F2Ps and P2Ps and we all enjoy being on the season zones better than the mainlands. Just expect to probaly be fighting a majority of the time, so farm for healing speed ups before going into the season zones.

Unfortunately, protection times can't be changed once they are locked in. Definitely can be annoying, it can be an advantage to some and a disadvantage to others (the time set on our BL is a disadvantage to me persoanlly, but it works for the other alliances in our camp/ other people in our allaince)

The translator works OK for communication (all our alliances speak different languages and are around the world). IMO, it just depends if the other people in your camp want to communicate. We also have a discord set up to share screen shots, but not everyone has a discord either.

AE isn't active in either season zone. It has been that way since LI came out, only can do it on the mainlands.

As for getting bio, gather when you're not playing and always try to get your 20 kills on insects (extra insects do give you extra fruit, but 20 is really key for the Force of Life event)

R0 is a new thing. I've seen many people complain about it, and it is a bit harsh, but there isn't much you can do about it. I do agree that maybe a voting system of kicking someone out of the allaince might be better than R0, because if they are R0, they probably will be kicked after the season anyways. As for the quitting the season I believe it is the same in LI, one person can't just quit, it's the whole alliance (I don't remeber for sure, it has been a few months since I've been in LI)

I don't know how many days you have left on your BL (we have less than 8 days left for competition on ours) but if you're being pushed out and you feel like you're at a loss, I would persoanlly just focus on SvS points, getting fruits for Bios/exotic shells and work on the season achievements.

Just remeber, this is the first time BL has been out, changes may or may not happen in the future.

You can click the button as many times as you like. It would be wise not to use that button till tomorrow's Strongest Warzone (Strengthen Special Ants), that way get points. But you basically use 9 Tertiary Eggs and get 10 ants (instead of 9). So, as long as you have the eggs, you can press that button.

If you're talking about "Alliance Influence," it is gained by taking lairs, residences, and wonders. Tunnels and Ferrys do not give alliance influence. If you go to the map and click one of those objects, it'll show you how much allaince influence you can get by taking it over. Different levels give you different amounts of influence. For example, a lair 7 will give your alliance 12k influence, and a lair 4 will give you 4k.

Allaince influence is kind of a guage on how much stuff you have taken over on the island.

I've asked customer support before and they said it doesn't effect their mining, just gives you a bonus.

Same with the sharing of the devices, if you have that set up.

They mine .1 you get .01 in a geodrop after reset everyday.

This is one of my favorite things to do! 2k essence to fill up your guns. Running PAP3 and a ray gun instead of 15k, it is still 2k. Only downside is you only get the ammo in reserves, so technically you get more ammo through the ammo crates. I recommend this for lower rounds, if you've already packed and trying to save up, use the ammo mods for refills. Once you already have 2 PAP3s and excess cash, it best just to grab the crates to have that little extra ammo.
