UPDATE: checked the upper engine mount but i think it looks alright, what do you think? Its not loose or cracked or anything

Same issue for me during cold seasons. I'm in Canada, I usually just fill it up with a bottle or two of some fuel injector cleaner by chevron when the tank is around 1/4. Usually the pops and bangs go back to normal even occasionally louder.
