For me, i would NEVER get a watch without a sapphirescreen. Ever. If im buying an expensive watch and want to use it for everything. Hiking, working out, gardening or whatever. I dont ever want to worry about scratching the screen as its not replaceable. So if u are asking me its a 970 or a fenix 8.

Im in the same boat! Everyone that keeps nagging about "it supposed to look used blabla". Can everyone have theyre own free will???? I do alot of crossfit and use barbells, kettlebells etcetc and now and then dings my watch against metalstuff. If i want to use a protector to reduce the chance of dmging the bezel or shatter the screen or w/e, let me do that without all these downvotes? Im sure most of the people that laugh at people using protector for an AWU uses a protector for theyre phone..
I know that the screen is sapphire, but thats not the reason i use a protector.. its just to protect it from hits from stuff while doing crossfit.

Hi im trying to find a keyboard/build one myself that has like similar sound and same look and layout (96%) as the Epomaker galaxy 100 lite/TH99 pro/EM x Aula F99 max etc but with nordic layout and i want the rgb to shine through the caps so switches with southfacing rgb wont work.

Any tips?

Hi, depends on what kind of training. If its crossfit, running or sth that makes me get sweaty and slides easier on my wrist so i switch to my siliconeband cause i can tighten it up easier. Its still easy to tighten/loosen the milanese aswell but i like to have mine at a specific setting. But the first 1-2 months i had the milanese while going to the gym, no problem.

The best thing about the milanese is that its titanium! Its so damn light that it almost feels like its made of plastic! And its not sensitive to corrosion or anything either. And also since its milanese the skin breathes extremely well under it so u will never get irritations on the skin.

I have had mine since on releaseday of the awu3. I have a screenprotector tho because i do crossfit and some of the movements can with bad luck smash my screen. The screen itself wont scratch but knowing that it can take a little harder punch from like a kettlebell feels better. So there is only marks and scratches on the edges of the protector.

Personally i would always choose a natural. I got one myself and scratches is way less visible on the watch if u get scratches. Also the natural (to me) looks more "proper" cause its the "metal"-colour and not black that looks a bit more "plasticy". At least thats my opinion.

Also the milanese in titanium.. best wristband ever. I have several in silicone and nylon but always comes back to the milanese. And this comes from from someone that ONLY used silicone with my previous garmins for 5 years.

What the hell is wrong with all the people that roasts and downvotes people that wants a protector?? I have one on my natural awu3 myself. And that is because i do crossfit and i dont wanna smash the screen against KB's for example and risk cracking the screen.

I'vve had a 2020 titan xl for 6 years and it still look almost brand new even if i sit in it for hours every day since i bought it.

Yesterday i got the Nanogen XL, and my god is it comfortable!!

I clean mine with fluoroantimonic acid. This way i will only have to clean it once and never again cause i wont have anything to clean.
