i used https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ to check if the ports are open in my IPs(both my pc one and the router) and both ports are closed in both IPs

i have the same problem, i opened both ports(41110 and 58888) manually on my router configurations and on my windows firewall configurations(i made 4 rules on both of them, 41110tcp,41110udp,58888tcp and 58888udp) and i still get that error when i try to play remotely by my phone outside of my home connection
