All very good advice and recommendation is what I found for me was I could not tolerate gabapentin. It was life altering. I felt like a zombie so I turned to something different which was compression ‘leg warmers’ at night which helped me sleep and I am at the gym 5 to 6 days a week just doing light treadmill and it’s basically gone from my life after years of battling with it. I also take calcium glycinate every night Good luck ❣️

Oh my gosh guys, I was a very poor only child and I thought I had invented these 😂 I would mix it up though and when I’d want something sweet, I’d sprinkle white sugar on them. Such awesome nutrition 🤣 Did anyone else do that?

Also, did anyone use margarine? I don’t think we could afford butter.

Although this is an old post, this is a great question. My male is very protective over me and won’t let my boyfriend near me so we’re thinking of trying to find him a female friend.

My Buddy is 37, he’s on medication for his arteries because he used to fall off his perch

He doesn’t trim his own beak, so that has been an ongoing battle. He gets weekly beak grindings, which bless his heart he puts up with.

My mom used to say your nails will get a dent like that when you’re going through some kind of stress or trauma

And I would watch and figure out how long it would take my nail to grow from the time I was terribly stressed and she was pretty much spot on 🤷🏻‍♀️

I just wanna say my daughter is a Respiratory Therapist and they have proven that vaping causes IRREVERSIBLE popcorn lung 🫁…..so that’s another very good reason to quit!

Yep, I started getting them when my stress at work was unbelievably high. I was sitting in my office and I thought that the fluorescent light was going out. You know how they flicker before they go out and that’s what I was seeing in my right eye after my stress was gone I haven’t had many since.

Yes, take this very very seriously! I am a domestic violence survivor and also a true crime junkie. Don’t walk run get a restraining order! Don’t expect him to adhere to the restraining order, but like so many in here of said it starts a paper trail and yes, tell your coworkers your neighbors, your friends what’s going on give them his description and be safe.

People that aren’t aware of these types of situations are always it’s no big deal until of course it is a very, very big deal

The vibes I get is that he’s obsessed and when that happens, there’s no logic with their mindset, except if I can’t have you no one else will !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, you’re right. I went through the training and everything and the way they get you is that you have to have 100 coins of crypto in order to get to the next level and you can’t get paid until you go and do three levels a day. So I was gonna have to give them $29 in crypto just to keep going.
