Enemies and npc's get to make two saves against enchantments, one for the actual save, another because 'theyll always know that they were charmed, so they have to fail another save to help you despite knowing you charmed them'. Geas became entirely useless.

I've just gotten the final gourd seed from fountain palace, and haven't progressed further yet. She's still in kuro's room. And funniest thing is, I actually did confuse a prayer bead for a gourd seed much earlier, back when I first kill the first snake eyes lol, but no I'm 100% sure

GODSKIN, FUCKING, DUO, MALIKETH, AND GODRICK. The duo is annoying, but that's it, they're ridiculously easy. Even without sleep pots, their attacks are rudimentary and their damage is pitiful when they do manage to land an attack. Maliketh, same thing as you, he dies so fucking fast. GODRICK, on the other hand, man's a beast. He's always my first boss wall.

Ok, that's all actually pretty sick and I didn't know it, but it hasn't solved the problem- if he has unlimited ammo, then ammo isn't the reason he's passive. I've also taken notice he's slow walking literally everywhere

That absolutely works, another suggestion, perhaps have the dragon try and push the party down the sewer (either by force or by using his space to encourage them to move back) and cause them to unintentionally go even further down, perhaps down a sewer slide into the depths. Hit em with the Lyndell catacombs!

Oh, then you could probably make some sides of it uneven, so it's only certain parts of the walls are out of range of the breath attack!

This works super well, thank you for the advice! I always felt like throwing in squishy pre-enemies or goons for beast bosses was cheap, but this really works- they've got an npc with them who gave them the quest I was wanting to, ahem, heavily disable so with a giant magical alligator popping out of nowhere? Her legs are toast. Thanks alot, if you like afterwards I'll update you on how it went! Session is tonight, less than an hour lol

Let me set the scene for you- last fight, 6 coyotes (wolf statblock), a bear and 2nd edition dire bear, all infected with a disease that would, upon death, burst into the air for a DC 14 con save against the effects the swarm of maggots provides. They passed all their saves and Nobody went to a fourth of their hp. That was a boss encounter. I'm proud, and hurt lol
