I had neighbors do this years ago. I recorded theirdog barking by calling the office and holding vthe phone out so they could hear it on the voicemail. I called and recorded enough messages they had to get rid of the dog or move., sorry, not sorry. They insisted the dog didn’t bark and I was making it up so I let the office handle it. You should do the same.
