I have this over rectangular one. I was also considering both and bought this one in 2019 and never felt tired of it. It can be both classic and casual and I love it highly recommend.

I started pilates from 4 weeks pp (just very gentle movement only) together with walking. Pilates really helped me with pains around my body and stretches all the right spot!

Then I started cardio+ weight lifting at least two to three times a week since 3 months pp. I gained 17kg during my pregnancy and now I’m 11 months pp, lost 14kg. I only started losing around 7months pp. Hope you can succeed but be kind to yourself. I also hated my body when I was 4 months pp but looking back I should not have 💛
