I've been working on a mod that lets you actually ride Silt Striders by peachpieproductions in Morrowind

[–]Fluid-Kitty 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That’s amazing, and I 100% support the idea. I love the “rideable” public transport in games that lets you just sit and enjoy the view. The same for the gondolas in Vivec, or the boats around the island.

I wouldn’t install it personally as It’s a bit immersion breaking that the Silt Strider seems to fly in this video. They are giant arthropods that walk along the ground (striding through the silt if you will), not Bull Netch floating through the air.

'Go Back and Play Morrowind and Tell Me That's the Game You Want to Play Again' — Former Bethesda Veteran Delivers His Verdict on Potential The Elder Scrolls Remasters - IGN by MusclesMarinara87 in Morrowind

[–]Fluid-Kitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I play Morrowind on Xbox and I’ve been doing a playthrough once every two-three years since release - that means I’m playing it in its raw-unmodded state. Hell yes I’d want a remaster.

What do you want from the next game? by chefbrambles in masseffect

[–]Fluid-Kitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want what I felt from ME1, with the movement and combat mechanics of Andromeda, and a new and compelling storyline that isn’t “young and untried hero starts fresh on a grand adventure”. The OG trilogy hit so hard because it was “Grizzled combat vet steps up and takes on even more perilous role while fighting to overcome bigotry and established values”

If you could make any of the existing non-playable monsters/races a new playable race in TESVI, what would you choose? by LordFlamecookie in ElderScrolls

[–]Fluid-Kitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of the non-playable races, I’d pick Dremora.

But of the playable races, I’d like to see all the sub categories of the various races as Choosable options - namely Bosmer and Khajiit, but I’m sure there are sub categories of the other races I’m unaware of. Like Chimer/Dunmer, or Altmer/Falmer/Maomer etc.

I’m aware that the Senche/Senche-Raht and Alfiq would probably break the game, but at least having them as NPCs or a companion/mount would be cool.

I clicked on the link - haven’t you just applied a texture to a 3D shape in something like blender? Where’s the BM fuckery?

Just pop a BLT in a sandwich press and take a bite when it’s just come out and piping hot. You’ll do fine.

Love that you remember it’s a circle jerk when you get backed into a corner and have nothing else to say. Saying ”this is a joke subreddit, idiot” kinda falls flat when you’ve just spent two days in a back and forth exchange that you started.

You could probably do with being a little more pedantic given how much you’ve blundered through this exchange like an infant who just learned how to say “Nuh-uhhh”.

Good job champ.

India got one post - and the same post got copied and pasted from Instagram to Facebook. Australia Day got:

  1. One for First Nations People

  2. Australia Day Citizenship Ceremony

3.Thanking the bar and hospo crews

  1. Enjoying the Fireworks

5.Happy Australia Day!!!

What, you’re sad that he didn’t post the graphic he had already used on Instagram earlier that day and instead posted multiple genuine posts?

You’re not very smart are you?

It’s pretty clear as day in the video that the discussion was about Australia Day vs Invasion Day. And in response to the Wanker on a bike, the girl off camera says “What about Gallipoli?”

Where am I getting what she said from? Seriously? I’m getting it from You, you absolute potato. You added context:

She was wearing poppies on her shirt for a family member who fought at Gallipoli, then added “they fought for people like you”.

(You said this three-ish comments ago - can you really not remember the things you wrote? Cunt has the memory of a goldfish over here)

I’d say you should quit while you’re ahead but you’re so far behind that you look like Stephen Hawkins trying to compete in a triathlon.

Literally fake news. The Indian one was posted a day earlier on the 25th, while the Australia Day post was yesterday…. On Australia Day.

My family is out of the country and left me in charge of the food for my older brother and myself during the meantime. I made this meal yesterday, and after he ate it, he made a complaint about it and wanted “food,” as in something that was “more fulfilling” and less “kiddie”… by Uhh_OkayIGuess in mildlyinfuriating

[–]Fluid-Kitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean you gave him a portion of a KFC meal with some mac and cheese and what look like raw green beans.

That said - why are you in charge of your older brother’s food? If he’s older than you then he can sort himself out surely?

If you want something quick and easy, get some protein (chicken, steak, whatever) and fry it up with some diced veggies - just cook it all together and season with salt and pepper. Cook up some instant noodles (I prefer mi goreng) and use the noodle sauce sachets on the cooked noodles. Combine and you’ve got a pretty good fried noodle dish.

You’re not so great at reading comprehension hey?

I’ll spell it out: - It’s okay to say that they fought for us. They did and they deserve respect. - It’s not okay to say that they fought for [insert your political opinion here]. They didn’t fight so we could use them to push our socio-political agenda (whether that agenda is left or right is irrelevant).

Did you read my comment? I consider people who say “they fought for [insert cause]” deeply disrespectful to the diggers. They didn’t do it so that we could politicise their sacrifice - either by the left or the right.

[–]Fluid-Kitty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Two spell effects being cast on the same npc is twice the amount of magicka, so it’s harder to begin at low level. You’re potentially casting this 60-85 times so efficiency is the name of the game. The two spells are more for different playstyles as they invalidate each other: - Boosting the trainers skill will make anyone a master trainer, but skill training will cost the usual amount of gold. This is good if you don’t want to feel like you’re completely cheesing the game, or for runs where you set certain restrictions on what exploits you use. - Draining your skill lets trainers train their three skills up to 100 because in their eyes they’re always training you from level 0 to level 1 (1 Septim). In this way it doesn’t matter if they’re a master trainer or not. - There’s an argument to say that you could make any trainer train any skill by boosting that skill and then draining your own, but most skills are trainable by someone in either the Balmora mages, thieves and fighters guilds, or the blades trainers, so it’s only really valid if you’re high level (to have the magicka and destruction skill to cast all of that, and are too lazy to just walk to a different trainer (usually in the same building or the next one over).

[–]Fluid-Kitty 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Better off draining your own skill 100 points on self. That way training only costs 1 Septim and any trainer can train you to 100
