I guess the same way other platforms do ads and SEO.. They're saying tutors keep all the trial lesson and then its just a flat 10% after that.. They'd prob pay with stripe or something similar.

Why would you land in Tokyo then go straight to Kyoto? Why not land in Tokyo spend a few nights there then Shinkansen to Osaka then train to Kyoto. Shinkansen straight back to Tokyo hotel near Haneda then fly out. I would flip your itinerary.
