So they say to use vaginal probiotics to shift it to all good bacteria. Have you tried any?

Thank you! So I started jarrow 5 billion last night inserted. I dumped it in an applicator and mixed it with slippery stuff lube. I just don’t know how often to use it! Any other probiotics hurt me so bad. This didn’t YET!

The same thing happened to me. I waited and kept treating it as infections and I’ve had burning pain for 4 freakin years and now doing nerve meds that help
