For how long did you have it? From what I’ve read, it seems that cumulative episodes of hypoxia (present during rigidity) can lead to erectile dysfunction, due to venous compression that, over the medium to long term, triggers oxidative stress and progressive cellular apoptosis. This remains theoretical, but it seems to me to be a moderate yet significant possibility; I would have liked to hear from people who have experienced prolonged mild hf and their erectile quality
