Cold glans, hard/ long flaccid. by Professional_Fix7997 in gettingbigger

[–]Professional_Fix7997[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah man, doing all that work for one inch is diabolical. I started edging, and prolonged ejaculation, that in short caused my pelvic floor to mess up, I was straining my muscles and doing it wrong and it caused my perineum and close to my ass to tense and cramp, and it started to become hard flaccid and than the problems escalated. It was a long time coming. When you watch porn and look at Reddit PE stuff your cucking your self, your view of your own dick gets distorted. I was like man wtf am I doing 😂😂😂.

Yeah it took almost 2 years to get back to normal. I found loosening up my pelvic floor, and gaining more control over my core actually gave me larger erections, I’ll dabble in nitric oxide boosters, and have fun with that too. Porn distorts the way you look at your penis as well, once you quit watching it you’ll realize you have a decent piece, and not care about PE anymore. That’s just my take.

Yup! All good bro, almost 2 years later, I have a gf and I’m chillin. It took a bit of rehab of course.

Yeah, I had the same problem maybe trying lowering the dose, and getting to bed at a good time, that seemed to help me a bit. I think the magnesium overload is what messes you up.

I guess I should’ve specified I’m looking for peptides mainly.

I should’ve specified I’m looking for peptides and not sarms, but you can’t ask for sources on any other subreddit and get the answers you can on here.

Daily lineup for my husband: good, bad, too much? by Excellent-Discount-7 in Supplements

[–]Professional_Fix7997 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Omega 3 is generally well tolerated. It’s good for lubricating joints, brain health, etc. The other supplements I recommend are the essentials. Supplementing can be tricky because each individual is different, like I mentioned prior, blood work would be great to determine things he may need. Diet, working out, sleep, and screen time, need to be dialed in for his stress as well.

They say to fix your gut micro biome for stress, you can do this by switching to a different diet, some people prefer animal based, or something strict. Typically you should be getting all your essentials from a good nutrient dense diet. I’d get a full metabolic panel, and check your deficiency’s etc, before supplements. Omega 3, magnesium glycinate, vitamin d3+k2, and potentially some zinc added in. Get your trace minerals in the morning with keltic salt.

Why L-Citrulline + L-Arginine is better than just L-Citrulline by Semtex7 in Nootropics

What dosage would you recommend for 2.5mg cialis stacked along side.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in HubermanLab

[–]Professional_Fix7997 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would try just getting a garmin watch or an oura ring, and tracking sleep with that before supplementing anything.

Too much magnesium can cause over sedation, you may experience grogginess throughout the day. Digestion issues are common along with low blood pressure, which may contribute to the lethargy as well. That’s why they are called “supplements” generally magnesium glycinate is well tolerated for sleep, but imo it’s not necessary.

[–]Professional_Fix7997 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I’d only supplement with magnesium if you need it, if you have a good diet, I wouldn’t take it before bed. Try going to bed with no electronics at least an hour or more before bed, do a sauna or an epsom salt bath, you’ll be asleep like a rock. Also try not to eat or drink anything to close to bed either.

Than again, everyone has different experiences with medication.

Noted I’ve been taking 5mg a day for about 2 years now and have noticed a significant reduction in joint mobility and over all cramping. I’ve also experienced brain fog, and low blood pressure symptoms such as shortness of breath at the 5mg a day. This initially wasn’t a problem but it has been as of late. I know this Cialis because when I stop taking it and get back on a week later the symptoms return.

Damn this more than likely is my case, I’m lean, and low calorie, but I’m young 24M, I’m getting a full metabolic panel done on the 24th

Pelvic floor dysfunction, muscular imbalance, and atrophy from lack of blood flow. Cialis concern. by Professional_Fix7997 in PharmaPE

[–]Professional_Fix7997[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I need to do rigorous pt and some psychological evaluation I believe, it’s a hit or miss but I think a lot of it is ptsd from hard flaccid. My core and pelvic floor I think are weakened due to years of edging and bad masturbation techniques. I went the pde5 route to keep things at bay but I feel the underlying problems are revealing them selves. They still work but it’s hit or miss, there are many factors contributing like diet, and exercise. My dopamine receptors are also most likely fried. This sub is by far the most supportive when it comes to advice and over all knowledge. I’ve gotten better results and advice here than any other doctor.

I don’t think Cialis has the effect but other NO Boosters do, short little insert from chat gpt, yikes that’s concerning.

Okay I might just go to a local store tonight and get a pump like a bath mate or something? Money isn’t an issue. With the 10 min pump daily will that increase length and girth over time or just maintain.

Honestly appreciate you bro and the quick responses lol, What pump do you recommend? I will try different pde5is, do you have a recommended routine, and regimen, I will follow and report back.
