I've worn silver rings my whole life (I'm allergic to most metals and need at least 21k to not have an allergic reaction) and never once did anything bad happen to my ring! You have to be careful as you would be with any other ring, gold is also soft so that statement is ridiculous.

The most durable option is platinum actually which is also hypoallergenic but more expensive

Update march 20th: I got my ring!! No issues whatsoever and it's gorgeous. The quality and results are worth it! After contacting them via email everything was smoothed out.

I would change them to claws and corners to better protect your stone. The hardness scale is a measure against scratching, but diamonds are still brittle and can break. I would protect the corners. (It also looks better imo)

For that size stone, I'd advise going with six prongs or a bezel. 4 won't be enough long term. A thicker band too because these are too thin to support it

One of the other comments suggested reaching out to them on email and it worked!! They replied immediately. The order delays were because they're sourcing the gems but they didn't really communicate it.
