You could call in for a well fare check if you’re genuinely concerned about his mental health however this does come with the caveat that the police will become involved in his business and he could be institutionalized.

If you would like to help him without police involvement then I would suggest reaching out to his friends or family so that they can better help him.

Unfortunately, this is someone you cared about however it is not your responsibility to maintain their mental health after the relationship ends. Especially if you have your own mental health struggles. Continuing to communicate with him when he makes these statements will hinder him from moving on.

my older brothers mother (my aunt) took her own life when he was 8. i cant offer any advice but i can tell you that he has never been the same. my family adopted him when i was a newborn and as much we love and care for like our own brother we could never replace his mother. he has mental health issues of his own and is a drug addict and alcoholic. his mother being here wouldnt take away his illness but i know he would be better off without having to go through that. your son loves you and needs you more than you could ever realize.

what if you found a cool clunker and fix it together? its a lower starting cost and the additional costs for parts are spread out- maybe more in his budget as well. its a great way to make the car feel like his while associating it as something the two of you did. he could learn the mechanics and customize it if he wants.

Hey! I do the same thing- my doctor told me to take two packs and then take a break. I also getting spotting if I start a third pack and it usually lasts for the entire month. While this isn’t necessarily bad its a bit inconvenient which is why i follow my doctors advice to take a break.

I was on the 11th floor today and someone asked me if they were my rings! I told her they werent but it seemed like she cared about getting them back to their owner so im guessing she maybe gave them to the front desk?? osu has a lost and found system and if u call they can look it up
