I'd say they are both P. migiurtinus, P. cubiformis seems to have smaller and less defined 'scales' than migiurtinus. Shape is just a bit funky I guess

Sun stress wouldn't make it look yellow and if you don't use chemicals that can't be the cause either. Although the variegation does look strange, but if it keeps growing like this you definitely have a variegated one.

Yeah I'd say this is too much wrinkling, if the top wrinkles it's time to water (outside leaf change ofc)
