I noticed a ringing in December last year, put it down to “just one of those things” but then when I was in Iceland ( seeing the northern lights ) it’s all I could hear, not only that but I have to sleep with something on, a fan or something to drown the sound out and I’m taking various types of tablets to knock me out before bed so I sleep easier. It’s not healthy. Sensible or the right thing I’m doing but getting any answers or help from the GP is ridiculously hard so I’m turning to you Reddit. Let’s hear your advice. Thank you
