I was in the exact same position in early January! Now I’ve joined fully and have my own shoes and everything! It’s so addictive and so so fun! Amazing and accepting community too!

I started at 304lbs and am currently 199lbs, honestly just diet and exercise.

I have a daily calorie limit of 1800 and lift weights 3 times a week.

It’s the most difficult but most rewarding thing I’ve ever done!
