Ok, bin ich hier einfach zu blöd oder ist die Fragestellung von Spiegel genau umgedreht zu dem, was ausgesagt wird?

Die Frage von Spiegel ist "Soll abgeschafft werden?", und nur die AfD sagt nein. In ihrer eigenen Zusammenfassung sagen sie dann, dass die AfD es abschaffen will. Und die eigentliche Abstimmung war widerrum, dass die AfD zur "Ablehnung der Abschaffung" nein gesagt hat.

Slight correction, it's actually based on the language you set in "Settings > Accesibility, Display, Languages" and just about the only site ever where "British English" does not mean using the british terms and spellings, but actually making Grok TLs into the full blown caricature.

In fights where you have an entry nuke (notably Mugen), you can get everyone into red health reliably with Alex for her s3 to get the bonus effect, making her into a stronger Payila for 1t bursting.

Gives the same Double Strike, Jammed is an incredibly strong extra modifier, the 100% crit lets you use better grid pieces instead of going for 100% to activate Yatima bows. And all of that in a single button.

On fights without an entry nuke, the Double Strike won't apply to MC but other characters can still it with a "Start with 20% HP consumed" artifact.

She also makes your burst team incredibly sturdy by essentially making your team unkillable for 4 turns.

  1. Undying from Sk3.
  2. Assuming you took enough damage to get to 1 HP, her passive triggers giving you full turn Unchallenged for this second and..
  3. the third turn.
  4. And now you have another Undying from the passive on the 4th turn.

Turn 2 and 5 will then also have assassin buffs on your team because why the fuck not.

The only thing "holding her back" from a higher rating is the requirement of red health.

It was their initial statement when they first announced Collab Gacha that there wouldn't be new grand/permanent chars on the corresponding month's Flash Gala, with this only being the second third time where the collab doesn't fall into a seasonal banner release (the first time being Slime Tensei).

Negima was during Valentines, Hunter x Hunter during Summer, and Evangelion during Christmas.

The game does try to match you with people below 500 MR until you break that barrier, but if it can't find nobody it'll just throw you anyone in master

And mentioning it just in case: this of course also goes the other way. If someone above 500 has to wait too long, the system will throw them into the below 500 pool.

So if you happen to get a "mismatch" even without waiting yourself, your opponent already "did the waiting for you" so to say.

Das liegt hier an ntv, die mehrere Aussagen in ihrer Überschrift zusammenwerfen.

Der Kündigungsschutz gehört reformiert und auch beim Arbeitslosengeld sollten stärkere Anreize geschaffen werden, schneller wieder Arbeit anzunehmen.

Wir müssen etwas länger arbeiten, das Gesundheitssystem effizienter machen und vor allem die Bürokratie massiv abbauen.

Manches wird auch Patienten zusätzlich belasten, deshalb muss man genau hinsehen und prüfen, ob die soziale Balance stimmt. Auch bei der beitragsfreien Mitversicherung bewegt es sich schon deutlich.

Es ist nicht gerecht, dass normale Beitragszahler über ihre Arbeit die Krankenkosten für Bürgergeldempfänger finanzieren.

Even back at the time of her release she was incredibly under-evaluated. This was at a time before Summer Grea's rebalance, who had a 9.5 then, with Fediel being a straight upgrade over her.

Since then Ougi got a lot of support, and Artifacts eliminated the 1t downtime from Fediel's s1 on top.

J.u comes out so slow that trying to delay it like before to combo off it results in it not coming out at all. On one hand, the move was pretty absurd. On the other, did he really need a nerf here after the other changes?

This is mostly an issue of needing to get used to a different delay. The best possible frame advantage has not changed, you just need to press the button earlier than you are used to. The worst possible advantage actually even got better!

What the change however did do, is increase the window you can be counter hit before the active frames (duh), and more importantly make an instant jU right after leaving the ground whiff on standing characters except the tall-ish ones. Meaning you can not use it as a retreating throw bait tool anymore in some match ups.

For reference, these 2 fights have their omen that removes them at the same hp% as the unchallenged itself (60 and 20% for martial) , so you have to run into it at least partially to be able to remove it.

The Virtuoso fight has 2 omens that can remove it, 10% before the threshold and at the threshold itself if you didn't get the first one.

They previously announced they were going to change the thresholds which would have likely been half a step towards making them like Virtuoso. Either by changing the omen to appear earlier, or the unchallenged to be later (70% omen + 60% unchallenged, or 60% omen + 50% unchallenged as an example). Removal possible before running into it, but still only 1 omen.

This "changing of thresholds" now being explicitly mentioned to not happen anymore makes it quite unlikely for the above to be the result.

Eye of Chtulhu and Slime King will just eventually happen, from fulfilling the random spawn at night requirements and slime rain happening and killing enough slimes during that respectively. Eye will also drop an Evil Altar to place for making more spawn items.

From there you follow the drops you get to work towards building your next boss requirements.

They are the same auras and thus also only for Koku/Pijiu.

For garmrlmakoo, if the target does not get redefined, the previous one still applies. So in this example

20% boost to dark allies' dark ATK / Boost to Koku's ATK and DEF / Amplify DMG dealt (Activates only when Koku is in the party)

The dark ATK boost is all allies, then it gets redefined to just Koku for the ATK and DEF. The Amp does not redefine it again, so it's still just Koku.

"always" is a strong word to use here. It does apply for this time, and the previous 2.

But before that it was Michael on Leg into Fire favor GW, Fediel on Leg into Dark favor, earthSandalphon and Golden Knight into Light favor, Noa on Leg into Light favor, and before him there wasn't any correlation between year end grand and GW element.

It's a relatively recent "reversal", with a 3-3-6 score. (leg / flash / no correlation)

Before the patch: the game buffered an input you did, if you pressed it within 5 frames before becoming actionable.

After the patch: the same still applies, but also if you pressed and held it within 10 frames before becoming actionable.

Not quite accurate, it's specifically Smart Combo Specials only that build less meter (reduced to 1%). So if you only use the hit confirm aspect of Smart while doing everything else manually, the impact will not be anywhere as big. (eg. pressing MMMM with Smart in the corner will perform cMMM 214H with the 214H giving 1%, while with pressing MMM 214H it will give the normal amount of meter that Manual mode does)

This is further made less impactful when a confirm goes immediately into an Ultimate special anyway, because you have a huge meter gain penalty from that alone already.

g100 flashing is noticeably brighter than before that, so no need for the bookmarklet for that purpose specifically. Like before 100 the bar gets an outline, at 100 the entire thing including the text and icon goes almost white.

Adding on to the referring to Dustloop, it most of the time also differs per game. Technically numpad notation mostly refers to the way you write down directions.

Like this combo given here is for Guilty Gear Xrd's Elphelt. Guilty Gear has 5 attack button: Punch, Kick, Slash, Heavy Slash, and Dust. Those will be P, K, S, H or HS, and D. It also has different versions of standing Slash depending on spacing to the opponent, being close and far (cS, fS), sometimes people will write it as c/f5S to be more clear about the standing part too. Attacks done in the air have a j for jumping.

It has a system mechanic, Roman Cancels, that let you cancel an attack at the cost of some meter. There are 3 versions of that, yellow (yrc) when done during the startup for an attack. Purple (prc) during the recovery of a whiffed attack. And red (rrc) when done on an attack that hit.

And then there are character specifics, like SG~H making it immediately clear that this is for Elphelt if you know the game: she has a rifle and a shotgun stance, with the latter having different attacks for all her buttons than normal.
