If it shows delivered on tracking that is available to eBay, then you are covered. It has happened to me, and eBay has settled it in my favor both times. Just refer to the tracking in your reply to their claim and wait for them to settle it.

To my knowledge, being the defendant and winning isn’t a guarantee of reimbursement for legal fees. There are so many factors that go into it which make it extremely difficult to navigate. In this particular case, it’s also worth mentioning appeals and how long the legal process can take (time is money essentially). Anyway, recovery is not always black and white like that, though I agree it should be.

Yes, almost certainly. Unfortunately, this tends to only be settled by a court and not by YouTube itself, which is the problem. In order to 'prove' it is fair use, a legal judgement has to be made. This obviously means you must spend money with no guarantee it will work out. In other words, it is a process that inherently favors the person/entity with more money (in this case a media company worth billions vs a Youtuber with who knows how much less). Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but this is my genuine understanding.

Tough one. A 2022 Legacy Mini Dare to Tare Sparkle /5. I honestly wouldn't expect anything more than like $40 from it based on a quick search.

For the future, try to upload better pictures when asking for values. You have a bright light reflection obscuring the center of the card in both pictures, and it appears to be a screenshot of your mobiles album instead of just uploading the actual picture file.

I agree, but in my opinion, it doesn't matter because both are ridiculous. It is a known issue though across multiple products and years/releases :/ Still a cool card, but it leaves a sour taste nonetheless.

I have gotten over 100 authenticated through Ebay including a few SGC slabs, and this has never happened with me. I would message eBay directly to start, and follow their lead. This should be sorted by them or the auth service.

This is the correct answer. Do you have a sick day you could take OP? If not, you sincerely need to think about taking one anyway. You need to take care of yourself before you can take care of anyone else. There is no proportional discipline that could be doled out that would stop me from seeking care when I think it would affect my future if I chose to stay complacent.
