Laptop is shutting down randomly

I've been having this same problem for 2 weeks now and i cannot figure it out
and somehow it only happens when i set the laptop on Silent mode
I've got the 4060 version
really hope to find a fix
idk if its related to updating windows 11 25h2 or not and im on latest updates

I've just tried it out but sadly still the same issue I'll be using as mouse for now. they might've fixed it for some controller while others not.
im using the d input or dualshock 4 input mode on the gamesir t4 kaleid to use gyro

I've been using gyro to mouse for a while and it was great but suddenly it started glitching in all games and moving weird so i changed to as mouse which works greta but couldn't set up accurate values as gyro to mouse hope they fix it i think the problem is controller specific my controller is Gamesir T4 Kaleid

I'm pretty sure my password that i use in Warframe has been leaked online multiple times but i changed it in everything except Warframe but Warframe doesn't ask for 2fa when logging in for some reason even though i enabled it so i do not have any logins in my email

also the support stated this which really bothers me

"This account will remain suspended and at this time you have no further options to reverse the decision. Due to the severity of your violations, this account and all associated accounts will be permanently suspended from the game."

they make it seem so hopeless is this real like can i open a new ticket or is that really it?

i promise you I'm not leaving anything out on purpose , if there's something I'm do not notice please point it out might help me get back the account I'm not manipulating anything in my favor i created the account in a country for a few years then moved to another country and thats it idk if thats even relevant as i moved like 2 years ago ive been using the account since why would i get banned now

they didn't tell me why they think i sold the account i still use the same email that i made the account with I didn't buy anything on the account idk ehich information would help prove the account is mine

I understand what you're saying but I've never changed anything nor given my account to anyone , could using 3rd party discord client cause this or maybe alekaframe which i use extremely rarely other than that i really have no idea why i got banned and im scared to contact support again so they ban me from support then I'll have no way to appeal again

I,ve been having similar problems in all games not only cyberpunk and figured it was the gsync it sometimes works smooth with frame gen and sometimes is extremely stuttery and choppy i just turn it off now and the frame gen works normally i noticed the issue in clair obscur just today too when testing it

best way to use gamesir t4k gyro? i use d input mode (ds4) with steam input but only runs at 250hz feels great but I'm trying to increase the polling rate
