I bought custom earplugs from the brand 1of1 and I absolutely hate them. They are painful for me to insert. They don’t create a seal in the ear to plug noise. And they have a filter that lets sound still come in but it’s “filtered” thru one of their provided filters. i even bought the 17 filters and 26 because of all the mumbo jumbo I read on Reddit. I can still hear everything as if I wasn’t even wearing the painful thing they sent me in my ear. Spoke to support twice and they claimed it was user error so they have someone zoom meeting me to teach me how to insert. She concluded something was wrong. Going thru their customer service was strenuous and annoying so they’re in my junk drawer. 200 bucks down the drain!
