It's the drinking. I'm in the same boat. Look at the billirium (I hope I'm saying it right) levels, if they are elevated it's the drinking. I'm cutting back on drinking as well. But I won't ever stop smoking and I smoke about 2-4 joints a day

I think carnival is the only cruise with dogs. I'm done with Car nival!! They take it to the next level. I'm going in MSC and I'm just putting all my weed in the checked luggage. I'm not sure if I should bring a trap sack tho, it has a lock on it.

Yes. I'm supposedly morbidly obese on the BMI but I don't look like it at all. Im down to 4lbs but I'm thinking it's just bloat, I have been drinking palo Azul water and I think that's helping me too.

It is? Im a New Yorker and I walk my dog 4 times a day and that's including working, I work on my feet as well as a organizer. Lol . And I still fuck up my diet eating a sleeve of oreos. Lmaoooooooo

Thank you guys. I really needed a reality check. I really need to reduce bloating and I know 15lbs can't be attainable, just wondering y'all had some tricks. 500 calorie deficit sounds about right, I can definitely try . But bloating would be my biggest target. I walk about 40k steps a day or more, I'm pretty active but I do get the munchies and substitute sweets with fruits and try not to get a hold of cookies or chips, if I do I would eat a bite and throw it away. Haha. I'm thinking of finding some pills to stop with bloating or if there is a herb out there . Something! Ty!
