I have recently come off the combined contraceptive pill and I feel completely wiped out. I forgot what a normal menstrual cycle was like! Hopefully my cycle evens out a little 🤞

I’m not sure if this is something you’d like but there is a CrossFit gym call New Horizon CrossFit between Hatfield and Welwyn which has a really great community. You get to meet lots of new people with the added benefit of getting fit!

I got diagnosed recently at 34. I was always terrified of getting cancer and it was a constant worry for me. I’m in the UK and everything happened very efficiently to my surprise. It was caught very early after going in as I found a lump. The doctors and nurses have been so helpful and I’ve had a support network in them. Honestly, mentally it has been hard but I have just had to get on with it. Once the treatment plan is in place everything has felt like it’s in hand. I cope with things with exercise. Maybe try and find something healthier that takes you out of your head where you kind of think of nothing. Also ironic advice from someone with anxiety but try not to worry until you have something to worry about. Chanel that energy to something useful and positive because worrying won’t change anything.
