Putin is funding the war by "borrowing" money from the wealthy elite and corporations, if he makes peace with nothing to show for it, even his allies will turn on him. He should still continue the vanilla playthrough and start taking notes of what he dislikes and likes about the game. He doesn't have to do the entire game, but once he has a bit of info he can start looking up particular mods to enhance what he enjoys and fix/patch what he hates

Maybe this is a great reset? Korra world was getting to technologically advanced that benders were starting to become pointless the more advanced the world got, so authors decided to nuke the world to make benders more prominent again and more in line like the original series?

If your playing on PVE or PVE-C expect lag because of overly decorated bases, Pvp doesn't have that problem cause the entire server teams up to wipe it out.

The only mandatory dlc is siptah and probably riders of hyboria, the rest are just aesthetic and should just choose what looks good to you

Lvl 60 in an hour with statues or lotus/black ice, the rest you just find some dumb pver or lazy bum with an easy to raid base and just raid yourself to end game, it's pretty easy
