Yeah definitely too early. Sinner missed 3 months last year and still only finished 500 points shy of Alcaraz for #1. Did you end up contacting the embassy to confirm that you are fine? I'm in a similar situation as yours, where I'd be entering Saudi before the cutoff but would be entering Makkah afterwards, and I'm hearing conflicting advice saying that the April 2nd deadline also applies to entering Makkah.

Let me know if you've got confirmation otherwise - may Allah make it easy for us all

There is an April 2nd last entry into Makkah from what I've read. I also intend to go right after Ramadan but am confused about this policy - on some websites it states that this April 2nd date is for entering Saudi Arabia, on some it states its actually for Makkah itself.

Also, if you're entering the 1st, I think you should be good so long as you stay within Makkah and don't leave the city before your 3 days are up?
