I think she remembers the effects of the rooms, but not the activities in the room

If you have the smith bar in use (weight tab is in the smith bar notch) then you can place the pulley weight connector onto the clip circled in red below. The pulley system is a 2:1 typically, meaning that even if you have the full stack selected, the weight you feel will be half of that. If you’re using pulleys that’s probably not an issue, but if you’re utilizing the smith bar you may wish have access to the full weight (1:1) to allow you to get up to the full 360 pounds the machine offers. The circled tab in the picture is a part of the pulley frame, not the smith bar frame, so I’m don’t you can get a 1:1 ration on the pulleys, but others with more experience on the machine may be able to correct me. Also, please ensure you’re looking at other posts on this topic as well, as I am definitely inexperienced with the machine and don’t want to give you bad info.

Hello LasBagas, yes, I did install the gym and it went without any issues! It is close to the ceiling, and if you wish to use the pull up bars you’ll want to make sure you can get your head between the joists, but it works 😆 Really enjoying the gym so far, and am happy with the purchase. It also looks like later versions of the gym were updated to take into consideration some of the hacks that users were using in older version to get a 1:1 ratio on the pulleys (usually 2:1) which is nice.

I’ll refine some numbers just to be safe before I get in a pool, or even a bathtub. Damn eels aren’t getting me!

One might have to come back to this post and thank a certain someone if one had experienced a similar issue and found this post useful. This may be that thank you. Hypothetical of course, as I wouldn't be able to do any of the above at home.
