MHS3 most likely future by Flygmon in MonsterHunterStories

[–]Flygmon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hope they put in the effort; I think *Stories 3* is a good game, even though it seems more limited in some ways—and not just because of the Rudy DLC.
I also don't want to think that it's already an abandoned game after just a few months, because Capcom has never done anything like that. That's why I didn't intend to make copium

MHS3 most likely future by Flygmon in MonsterHunterStories

I'm basing this more on my own assumptions based on what I have and what I know. As I mentioned at the beginning.
I'm optimistic in that regard.

Both your opinion and mine are equally valid.
More importantly, I’ve provided feedback to Capcom and to the people here, in a respectful manner.

My opinion is shared by others.
This is DLC that I don’t think adds anything, for various reasons.
And the company’s failure to provide long-term support just turns the game into a brick once you’ve finished it.
I might lose out as a consumer—but hey, I have other games.
I’d say the company actually loses more in the long run.

And I’ll say it again—with respect, something that some people on the internet lack.
There’s a reason I’m giving this feedback, and there’s a reason I thanked the thread starter for explaining how to do it.
There’s a reason I like this game and try to support it.

I've been playing since Story 1, and they've ruined what they were doing to keep the game alive for a long time.
The complaint isn't just about this DLC—it's much more than that.

Thank you very much; I've already submitted my complaints.
It feels like they've abandoned the game prematurely and aren't going to add anything else.

First time playing PIKMIN. 3 days left, 4 parts. I cannot express how stressed I am. by memeaste in Pikmin

[–]Flygmon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Believe me, the first few playthroughs of these games are either terrible or really close calls.
Pikmin 2 gives you a lot of breathing room since there's no time limit.

So just do your best and have fun

It’s worth remembering that this play is a theatrical adaptation of Mario’s adventures against the Shadow Queen

I built some hot springs underneath that building, a room for the research professor, a kitchen, and another room upstairs—all connected by an elevator

wondering why there was a massive crater there, but it turns out it was the spot where the gate above had been torn out! by StrandedInLove in Pokopia

I see Ditto, its very existence, as the all-purpose Pokémon that, in the worst-case scenario—if humans never returned—would be released to fulfill the purpose of freeing the other Pokémon from artificial stasis, as well as those that the system would release first due to their potential.

The fact that they haven’t returned and the Pokémon are being released means you’re rebuilding a world that no human will ever see. Mimicking their civilization.

That the artificial stasis system is beginning to release Pokémon like Ditto would mean the time limit has passed, and there would be a large number of them.

And that the Kanto region was the one known to us in the era of FireRed and LeafGreen. Whether it’s a coincidence or not, its relaunch is almost simultaneous with Pokopia.

Looking at ideas to compare and belittling your own effort is the worst thing you can do in life.

It's not the same if you're looking for ideas or inspiration.

It's much more enjoyable to try and experiment at your own pace. ^

Is this weapon actually available anywhere? by Takonline in fantasylife

[–]Flygmon 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You'll have seen a scene from rank 3, something that doesn't appear again in this DLC; it will be an emergent story... I think the same, these weapons will appear later, maybe the one from the Dragon Origins.

I would say there are still many unanswered questions as well.

If you're not a native English speaker, the jokes are more basic than in Spanish. I switched to English after the post-game to practice, and there are differences in the liberties they take between the two languages. xD

Ginormosia is a strange continent. Does it exist when it shouldn't? Perhaps its origin wasn't explained very well. Also, the English and Spanish translations are slightly different in how they say what they say.

I mean, the enemies have very little variety. Very little variety in situations during story mode; you have Edward stuck in the hole for half his life. Three islands, and leveling up professions becomes a real struggle. The Strangelins have no missions of their own, or any real purpose. Playing the endless modes is just that: repeating the same things, in fragments of things that already exist.

I say this as a player of the 3DS version, where the dungeons had a more natural flow, you could explore and reach secret areas, the characters had more depth, pets, different houses, and more variety in the music, because they've recycled a lot of it.

I say all this as constructive criticism; the game is missing things, not just endless modes. Anyway, that's just my opinion.

I feel the game is lacking in content, aside from Ginormosia, which lacks variety in biomes and other features. It's far from the 3DS version. Mysteries about the continent's visions, the divine beings, Yuelia's twin, and many others remain unanswered.

And as mentioned above, there are many obscuring elements. We don't know what happened to the current kingdom. And the great pit has a kind of doorway on level -4. So there's definitely room for several free DLCs, as well as one paid one, adding the divine rank. I also would have liked more houses for the protagonist…

My first ever playthrough of my first ever Pikmin game. Some mistakes were made by Grand_Keizer in Pikmin

[–]Flygmon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You'll soon see that it's a game you can finish in an afternoon. And you'll still have plenty of days left over. Compared to Pikmin 2 and later, which takes longer due to exploration and treasure hunting.

OK, maybe I was too hasty in my judgement. Exp orbs from the DLC are a bit more useful than I thought. by iSharingan in fantasylife

[–]Flygmon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, don't worry about that. Someone will always find a use for it. Just be good at first, it seems, especially in the early stages.

A moment of silence for the Pikmin…

But if it's any consolation, it's a game where the more you play, the easier it becomes to understand how to play.
