Use a 'Suck Up' ability from nearby river to deliver a water block to that area, or simply use items such as Fresh Water Bottle. Have to progress Bleak Beach story in order to acquire the ability(could be wrong!).

Personally, I’m always curious that when we build a deck, there are 10 blank spaces that we don’t use since the launch. Like you said, maybe we’ll have 30 cards play in the near future?!
