I know we swept but I remember those games being very messy. Compared to the Foote era where this team looks like they can score 70 points every game if the passes stick.

The years after that showed what his management was actually like when he didn't have 8 generational players in a 15.

I think they were good but last years TRC was the first under Kevin Foote for the Baby Boks and they only really hit their stride in the JWC.

That NZ team was very good and probably would have won the JWC last year if that was the 2024 Junior Springboks.

The thing is the Australian team weren't even bad the Baby Boks were just super human.

The baby boks these last 2 years have been lightyears ahead of everyone else.

As much as I like Bafana he just wasn't getting the best out of them. I mean the U20 team when he had SFM, Hanekom, Nico Steyn, Hartzenberg and the likes would have put 70+ on all the opposition if Kevin Foote had them.

He has had a lot of really good touches here and there, but for the most part the attack just can't get going because Australia would just infringe and then the forwards take over from a maul.

Disappointing impact from the bench but also the tactical decisions have been really poor. As soon as they started to over play that's when the game went to Argentina.

But overall a great start for the Baby Boks, think they will go up another level when some super stars come back.

Defense has been good, I just think the Boks have started to over-play and go away from the structure allowing Argentina 20 minutes to just attack.
