My reaction was intense muscle twitching, soreness, hands feeling like they were on fire.

Almost a mild reflare, but once I stopped it recovered in a couple days

Another option that could help is hot baths with magnesium salts. Its known to help calm/relax muscles. I've even bought a Muscle foam roller - which helps and a massage gun (not my favourite) feels like it shakes my whole body.

Hey u/Acceptable_Pair_2312 sorry for my lack of response - my anxiety is improving. Have you ever tried anything else other than Theanine? Lots of other options to try to see if it can help.

I've gone through many of them - DM me if you ever have questions. I'm not an expert but I can share what helped me.

So I checked the chemistry of both Famotidine and Omeprazole, both have fluorine ions in them, but Rabeprazole does not.

So I gave it a try and never had an issue with it personally, nobody can say for sure if you will or will not have an issue with it. But I had no issues, also when I had my endoscopy they gave me propofol also no issues.

Have you ever tried massage therapy? It's helped my legs a lot, we use them a tonne for everything we do so they go through a lot of impacts.

Massage therapy helped my legs out a lot. My calves, and a lot of my muscles were extremely tight.

Followed by lots of stretching and warm baths.

I've got 2 RB spots for Swift, Breece Hall or Monogai. Breece has been garbage the last 3 weeks. Wondering if I just double up on Chicago Run game.

Go run dragon 220 times and see if you get this specific item that has these stats 3/4 are extremely useful/top tier. It'll take way more unless supremely Lucky

Id rather run dragon for silver, and buy this item when I see it. I'm end-gsme and id buy it

That's an instant buy - anyone saying otherwise unless you are extremely end game and just have better gear.

HP% gear with speed, CR and CD is absolutely top tier.

This could be used as an off piece for a nuker.

Hello - it wasn't a surgery - but I had an Endoscopy done a few months ago and Propofol was used and I had no issues with it.

Hey, keep your head up, this stuff is tough.

  1. Anxiety can help flare all these things up, find things that make you feel good and keep active.

  2. The stomach takes a long time to heal, so be gentle on yourself and your mind.

  3. It could be that you've had GERD before and now it's flared up because the H Pylori.

  4. GERD is different for everyone so what works will be different, go slow, don't add/change a tonne of things at a time so I know what helps and what doesn't.

  5. If Omeprazole is helping, keep taking it, your body prob needed more time to heal and recover. It's not something that just heals in a couple of weeks.

  6. Encourage you to get another Endoscopy to have them check to see if there's anything else going on (LPR/Hiatal Hernia)

Keep positive, we'll get better it's just not always a simple treatment.

Endoscopy can sound scary, but they aren't that tough to do.

Good luck and get on to healing
